eHydron AutoTrust Escrow Service Reviews - Feedback Needed

Anyone here used eHydron AutoTrust for a classic car purchase? Thinking abt using their escrow service for a '69 Camaro. I need some feedback. Any experiences, good or bad, would be appreciated. The website ehydronautotrust.com seems legit, but I'd like some real-world opinions before I commit.

I've used eHydron AutoTrust. Overall, the experience was ok. They were pretty responsive initially, and their escrow process seemed secure. The car was described accurately, but the delivery took a couple weeks longer than promised. Communication could have been better. But, in the end, I got my car, and it was as advertised. Generally, I'd say the cars were ok, but I noticed some inconsistencies in the listing descriptions sometimes. However, the escrow protects the money. I would use them again, but will be always do my checks.

Worst experience ever! I'm currently getting scammed by someone that does not know how to deal with clients. I am trying to get a refund, but they keep inventing excuses to delay the process, avoid my calls. I've used eHydron AutoTrust's escrow. The process itself was good. HOWEVER, the car was a total wreck! I was pretty disappointed. The pics of the condition were not complete. I'm unsure if that was the seller's fault or eHydron's. Get a full inspection. The car was a total mess. I had to spend a LOT of money in order to get it to were I wanted

It was a pretty fast purchase, but I was happy overall with the experience. Definitely use their escrow, it's a big plus. I did not like the pictures, but they were fast and easy to communicate with. The customer service at eHydron was awful. I was overcharged for a car I had not even checked. I tried to cancel, but they would not let me cancel. I ended up with an old Dodge Ram and I did not know if I wanted it in the first place! Do your research before committing, always. Overall bad experience. eHydron AutoTrust is an efficient service for escrow, but the initial communication lacked clarity. I'm not sure if there's communication issues, or the seller was simply not up to the task.
