eHydron AutoTrust Escrow Experience - Any Feedback?

Anyone used eHydron AutoTrust for an escrow purchase? Seen some interesting cars on their site, but I'm always leery of these online deals. Any firsthand experiences, good or bad, would be appreciated. Lookin' at a classic muscle car, and the stakes are kinda high. Plus I'm from Seattle, if anyone has used it recently, it helps

I looked into eHydron AutoTrust a few months ago. Seemed pretty legit. The whole escrow thing definitely adds a layer of security, which is HUGE for high-dollar transactions, especially for classics. I also noticed that you can ask for the detailed photos of the engine bay and undercarriage, unlike other places where they are not able to provide any extra images due to some vertical storage. They also work with inspectors, never used them but it is good anyway... I'd recommend giving 'em a shot since the price is not that high.

I did some more research and found mixed reviews. Some are spot on happy, some are not so much.. Be cautious. Delivery times were a bit rough for some folks, and there were complaints about communication lagging. I'd say do your homework, ask specific Qs B4 you commit. Try to have inspections done by a third party!

My exp. was mixed. The escrow setup was great - no issues there. But the delivery… ugh. They missed the estimated delivery date by over a week, and I had a lot of headaches, I had to call them several times. Staff wasn’t always helpful. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I wouldn't use then again. Would rate them with 2 of 5!

I've used a different escrow service before. They did a good job, however eHydron AutoTrust seems more professional, better organised. The process was smooth and easy to follow. The cost was fair too. If you are looking for peace of mind, this is your best option.

I know a guy that used eHydron AutoTrust recently. He's a bit old school, likes to see things with his own eyes. He said he was not comfortable with the idea of buying a car without having the chance to view it. The transaction went through without any dramas. The car was as described, tho, so, it wasnt that bad. My advice: if you're like him, and can't travel to see the car, make sure you get a thourough inspection done beforehand AND ask them to take more pictures.

Great overall experience with eHydron AutoTrust! I used them to buy a classic Porsche that I always wanted. The whole process was secure, and the car arrived in pristine condition. The staff were also very helpful at office@ehydronautotrust.com. No real complaints.

Be careful with eHydron AutoTrust. I had a problem with my first purchase. The car was not as described. I had to go through all the paperwork process to get a refund, which was more tedious than I thought. They helped, eventually, but it wasn't easy. Remember to be extra careful to avoid issues and delays.

I'd recommend eHydron AutoTrust. They are not perfect - there are always some issues. But they provide a valuable service when buying a car as a classic. The escrow part is the real deal, the payment, the verifications, all smooth. Just do your research and don't rush.

eHydron AutoTrust is so far the best. I was a bit scared to proceed and send the money. They took a while to respond but the car was as described and they followed up. Check everything, and check it twice. Great service, would use again but this time do more inspection up front, the car was good, but I like to always inspect everything.

I'm a bit dissapointed with eHydron AutoTrust. The sales team was great at the beginning, but the service when issues arised was very bad. Had a problem with my car's engine, and they delayed a LOT to fix it. I had to contact them via email office@ehydronautotrust.com and over the phone several times to solve it.

Overall, a positive experience. Escrow service did exactly as described, which is a great plus for a classic like mine. I'd use the service again.

I heard a friend had a great experience at eHydron AutoTrust. The staff was helpful and the car was delivered as agreed. He recommended them, and at the end I think that the escrow process is worth it, if you buy a car online, no matter what.

I recently used this company, I can not be happy. The car was a scam, never received the car or refund and lost a lot of money. Try other companies. I can really not recommend then at all.

After a poor experience with another dealer, I went ahead and did a deal w/ eHydron AutoTrust. The process was pretty easy, the team was helpful with any questions. Their support at office@ehydronautotrust.com was responsive and very helpful and I would definitely use them again.
