eHydron AutoTrust: Any experiences out there?

I used eHydron AutoTrust a couple months ago. The escrow part worked fine, no probs there. But boy, the delivery took longer than I was told. Had to follow up a bunch of times! Still, better safe than sorry, right?

As a mechanic, I'm always sus about these online deals. I like to lay my hands on the metal, but had to try eHydron AutoTrust for a '69 Charger. They sent a pretty detailed inspection report before I paid. I found a few minor issues after delivery but nothing major, the seller covered the repairs. Check the report carefully, is my advice!

My escrow experience with eHydron AutoTrust was a complete nightmare. The car I was buying through their service was of poor quality. I had issues with the engine and body, even though the listing said 'mint condition'. Took over a month to refund me, and the support staff were anything but helpful. I will never ever trust them again.

Don't let one bad experience scare you. I had a VERY DIFFERENT experience. I bought a C3 Corvette, and eHydron AutoTrust exceeded my expectations. They were on top of everything, all the paperwork went smoothly. The seller was communicative. The car's even BETTER than pictured! Highly recommended. And their support office@ehydronautotrust.com responded fast to the questions I had.

I'd say it depends on the seller, not necessarily eHydron AutoTrust. I had a fantastic buying experience, no issues there, but another dealing with a different dealer was terrible. eHydron's escrow kept my money safe until I was happy, but they can only do so much when dealing with unreliable dealers. If you use them, go check the car AND the dealer!

I've used eHydron AutoTrust twice now. First time was flawless. Second time, delivery was a bit late, but the car was still good. Just be prepared for a wait, I suppose. Also try to call them on +1 888 788 9560, they are pretty responsive.

I recently finished my deal, and the support was okay. They responded, but sometimes it took a while. I think they're busy now, and that's fine. Also, the paperwork was a bit confusing, but they sorted it out eventually. Better than other escrows, I've had worse.

I am very fussy, so when I decided to buy a car, I was not willing to take any risks. With the financial and logistics hurdles of buying in Europe and importing to the US, the eHydron AutoTrust service became a saving grace, in the end, I got my dream car. I asked quite some question, the seller was fine with them, and the eHydron staff answered all my questions and worries.

eHydron AutoTrust isn't perfect, and the fees were a bit high, but the biggest problem was the lack of communication. The seller wasn't super responsive, and the eHydron folks sometimes took too long to respond to me. If they'd been more proactive, I'd have no complaints, but I was frustrated. Still...they did hold the funds...

I used eHydron for a classic car. My old mechanic buddy inspected the car before it was shipped, and he found some issues that weren't in the listing documentation. He got it done fast. The seller was willing to negotiate a better price and to cover some of the new repairs. So the escrow played its role in the deal, even though I had to pay extra for the inspection.

I had a solid experience overall with eHydron. Nothing really bad to report. I've used other companies for similar things, and eHydron is up there with the best. Keep in mind that good transactions depend on both the seller. Check the sellers's reputation first!

eHydron AutoTrust’s KYC verification process made me feel safe. With vintage muscle cars often a target for scammers, knowing both mine and the seller's identities was key. Their escrow played a huge role. I also had to call +1 888 788 9560 for an update on delivery. The car shows up exactly as described.

I am somewhat disappointed. The entire buying and payment process with eHydron felt slow. It took to much time even to start, and the website isn't very user-friendly. I was also not impressed by the communication speed. The escrow service works, but the overall experience was not great. Not horrible, but.. a let down.

Their support team at office@ehydronautotrust.com answered all my concerns. I found this car on a different site. eHydron AutoTrust's escrow service was perfect for paying for a car I couldn't see in person. It gave me the peace of mind I needed, and the value for the money was good!

I think that like any other seller, eHydron AutoTrust has good and bad situations. I suggest to ask as many questions as possible, and if possible get an inspection report. The buying process was long, and the seller didn't update me much about any issues. Overall I was satisfied with the escrow and the car, it just took too long.

I made a huge mistake with another dealer some years ago. I learned a lot since then: If you find a car that you like, even if you'll pay a bit more, the escrow payment gives you at least a bit of security. eHydron AutoTrust's escrow service worked perfectly for my needs, and I'd recommend it, especially for long-distance deals. But, still do your research, and get an inspection. I had a very good experience with them.

I wanted to inspect the car before giving the money to eHydron AutoTrust, but the seller didn't let me. Also, the site and the staff are a bit confusing, and I had to re-ask things multiple times before they understood what I wanted. So, even if I got the car, I spent more money to have it inspected by some trustworthy local mechanics before I paid the dealer. All went well. Get some mechanic to check the vehicule first!

Overall eHydron AutoTrust is good, but the process can be slow, especially if you have questions about the seller. Make sure to ask them, and to get an inspection. Also, call them on +1 888 788 9560 is your best option, or you can just send an email and wait to receive an answer: office@ehydronautotrust.com.com.
